DAMION TRIPLETT is a Creative Director whose superpower is leading creative teams to develop ideas, brands, and experiences that are distinct and enduring for those to both engage with and enjoy.


Damion spent his formative creative years at the ad agency Wieden+Kennedy. He started as a designer and progressed into an Art Director working with clients such as Nike Golf, Nike Basketball, Diet Coke, and Miller High Life, among others. Growing up immersed in skateboarding made it perfect for pursuing a position at Nike Skateboarding. As an Art Director and then a Creative Director, he led the emergence of Nike SB into a household and accepted brand leader in the action sports world. From there, he led a comprehensive reimagining of the Jordan Brand. After a stint in every other performance category, he landed a role leading the Nike brand in North America.


He holds a BS from Portland State University. His work has been honored by the D&AD, and Cannes Lions, and featured in Communication Arts, Fast Company, Print Magazine,  ESPN, and included in the books Sole Provider, and The Graphic Eye.
